I note that the merger is with Appstablishment Software Group Pty Ltd does anyone know if the companies Appstablishment Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 605 955 621) or Appstablishment IP Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 601 245 443) hold anything that the merged entity is going to have to pay them any fees for going forward?
I also note that Balance Sheet (asssets & liabilities) for the merged entity in the IER still doesn't show any significant assets, yet Cirralto managed to accumulate losses of in excess of $60million and the pre merge BS for Appstab indicated software assets of $8M. Is gthere no valiue placed on the SYN'D and Spenda software suites??
