Well FMS says the recent placement was significantly over subscribed at 5.3 cents, and since then there has been all kinds of positives, most notably the recent BCI news.

I have near-term technicals turning bullish, feel this stock will re rate when you least expect it. Becoming a big underformer versus its peers!!!.

Yes, at this stage would be nice for someone interesting to pop up on FMS's register, this is the major draw back with this stock at the moment (versus say SDL or BCI), which is more the stranger given Mr Wills has actually made a fist of marketing the story!!
Of course Mr Wills has sold stock himself also, 600,000 shares on 13 March at 5.6 cents!!, why did he do that, did he ever explain himself??..
