The draft law is similar to the Tanzania law. A 15% free carry, effectively.
So a 15c price target (Hallgarten) would effectively reduce to a 12.75c price target.
There is enough upside here that IXR remains a strong buy, imo. Some will think less positively, but I'd say any weakness is a buy opportunity.
