Agree mr gates. Certainly doesn’t guarantee immediate sales . It does however create a huge “potential” opportunity and they are now have a new market with a new first class product.
1 day ago they literally could only sell one product. As at today they can sell 2 devices with as the company comments mention this 2nd product having significantly potential larger market than the 1a device which on its own generated $3.75 aud rev in 2020.
It also states the 1a device continues to grow quickly which was also reassuring .
After over 2 years of testing and regulatory process they got there.
The ground work has already been laid re distributors through the 1a process. Won’t happen overnight but as the announcement states they anticipate significant new revenue in time.
A very large chunk of uncertainty went away today and I see this announcement as company making but at this stage it seems a lot are still not convinced.
I expect they may pay a lot more to buy the shares when they do finally become convinced in 6-12-24 months.
