MobyT I think I'm in the same boat as you.
They've lost an order that was part filled this morning!!! AND I still can't modify existing orders via Etrade Pro or normal Etrade!!!
Interesting re the ASX message...Maybe ASX have cancelled all Etrade orders including part filled and returned them back to Etrade now in a clearing account as unidentified trades. I hope not! JMHO.
Down time does happen....but lost trades??? What a mess!!
