I agree with you Odds, the paragraph above is written in past-tense. I think this is an error though.

They're referencing the original announcement I quoted which you are saying is 'old data'. I take this to mean that the original announcement is correct and the board members haven't been appointed yet, and won't be until NASDAQ acceptance. Today's announcement should have been reworded slightly so as to not portray the appointments in past-tense.

This is all by-the-by though. There's so much more in today's announcements that is of greater importance than this, so I don't understand why you're hammering on about it.
