Indeed it would be chaos with 35 of any trade on a small domestic site.
My maths is ok, I just don’t see the HX being competitive in the environment it’s supposedly built for, cookie cutter, low cost housing.
It won’t be cheaper than timber, it won’t be faster, pre-fab walls are up in half a day, then if you want face brick you still need brickies either way, if you don’t then you need to render,
