    listened to the webcast and this question was asked
    what happens to Toyota share % of the combined companies

    answer. It will reduce as ore shareholders will own 54% and gxy 46%
    therefore Toyota’s holding will reduce to say maybe 8% of the combined shares on issue.

    putting it out there. What’s the consensus???
