    Most “Luxury” built houses are in desirable and prestigious areas, usually on bigger blocks with much bigger setbacks, the HX would need to reach 50+ meters and require traffic management, permits etc to run from the street.

    Luxury homes will continue to be built the way they are now, shotcrete basements, LVL studs, half cut Daniel Robinsons etc.

    Based on what FBR have been saying? Righto, I’ll leave that with you.

    The only people who can afford a double brick or block “luxury” built home live in areas that the HX can’t possibly operate in, leafy, powerlines, tight streets, big blocks, no access because of neighbouring houses etc. Just my opinion Sunshine, do some research, not investment advice.
