1- I didn’t spread misinformation, I just stated it’d need to reach 50m+ for a “luxury” build, generally speaking and I explained why.
2- How can it do a retreat build in or on a basement? That’d be interesting.
3- No, it wouldn’t, I explained why it’s not viable for cookie cutter projects, you then pushed the luxury market, I’ve also explained why that’s not going to work under any circumstance (in my opinion)
