robby - i would not presume to read Decan's mind. . . . although we do have a bit of rapport on these boards at times.

However, I reckon that Decan wouldn't see the decline that has taken place thus far as being all that significant. Just a small taste of the future.

I have every confidence that Decan will be back on board in good time to share his wisdom as PRR sinks like a newly wed on a scuba diving trip.

However - given Decan's track record it is best to savour his every word, as there tends to be only a short window before TOU violations get the better of him and he heads back to the bench. But I have heard a whisper that there is good news on this front also - electro-convulsive therapy has been prescribed and he is responding well to the regime.
