Sometimes I get mesmerised by large numbers these days and need a check but ORE have around/over 350m shares on issue which surprised me
...................Granted the new Company will have over double that , not too bad imo

Do you know if ORE have ever done a consolidation with their shares? Went back two yrs with announcements.

GXY have done a 1:5 consolidation as an example which makes their SOI seem attractive.

Its a great handbrake having billions of SOI when still a fledgling Company and can make me steer clear of those Companies.
Its the first thing I look for with Companys it also can tell me a bit about a Company's Management team.
