Pretty sure it's people exiting, having convinced themselves that NTEPA will ask for more information. I believe it will go up the line to the Minister with a recommendation for approval. When I spoke to Paula when the EIS supplement was submitted, she said that they consulted closely with NTEPA in preparing the supplement and that the most important issue requiring addressing was the waste water. To my mind that has been addressed.
