Tbh I thought giving Gold Tier 1 collateral status meant you can leverage more paper against it perhaps even an additional 20%. I hope I'm wrong but if my house is tier 1 and you can borrow 80, 90 even 95% against it then this is just the head banks looking after banks with Basel to further manipulate metals.
