HI (JGPM)

This is nothing to do with bot trading.
It is to do with the lack of information.
As was posted by others who have told me I am wasting my time.
A company who has share holders should at least reply to share holders concerns,not ignore them.

Why do they ignore their share holders request for information about the companies progress,or lack of?
If they have nothing to hide,then they have nothing to fear in being polite and replying to enquiries.

Other posters have said the company did not reply to them.
That surely is not constitutional.
It is not being open with share holders,it is restraining share holders from making sure their investment is secure being in the hands of the company directors.
They have a duty of care to uphold to the share holders,in being open and forthright in the dealings of the company.

They should not be with holding any thing that will detrimentally affect or could effect the investment of share holders.

I am expecting a reply from United Minerals Directors,regardless of weather they have confidentiality documents signed or not.

They only have to say,we cannot say anything about this particular point as we have signed a confidentiality agreement.

Just come across this.Confidentiality Agreement between two Firms.
It is understood that the undersigned shall have no obligation with respect to any information known by the undersigned or generally known within the industry prior to date of this agreement,(or becomes common knowledge within the industry thereafter.)

I think this last part could be the case.
