Yeh I agree with you. Pretty sure the Managing Director has a licence to speak on behalf of the company lol
Signing this EPCM contract, with all its conditions, is a necessary precursor to offtakes and finance IMO
with the draw down of the CPA to give LPD sufficient finance until late 2021 we have more wriggle room to get the best offtake and finance deals while letting Lycopodium commence early works.
