I know I keep repeating myself, but surely with the 4C close the figures below from the Independent Report would get some people buying in anticipation?
Unless things have gone wrong with the merge, IP1 is going to report a much stronger result on the upcoming 4C than previously. A good reason for the SP to move up to a new level, well before any "extra" progress.
