Westcott - I think your questions are fair and reasonable and your concerns ligitimate. Given your extensive list you may be better off emailing the company and then if no response after a week then follow it up with a phone call in a polite manner.

I don't think anyone on here would begrudge you contacting UMC for a please explain.

Personally I think mining in 2010 is a pie in the sky but would be happy to be proven wrong.
