Based on management success and precedence ot would be illogical to see this deal as a bad move.
IMO the SP is moving up/down within the channel. This deal is at the early phase and should be seen really as "less price sensitive" until phase 1 data is published.
Paxalisib is the main game at this stage and the SP is in a bullish trend.
