Just imagine if this had happened in late Jan 2008 and you have an open trade you MUST close - you can't log in and no one is answering the phone all day. The Ords is down 250 points and you lose 30-50% of your capital. In the time I was with Etarde, they never showed any concern for their customers, and until that changes I won't be moving back.

500 customers leaving in one week can make quite a dent in their bottom line. I'll tell you one thing - if they spent the proper amount of time and money on their website/server, this wouldn't have happened. Why did they do it on the cheap? So they can make more money....at your expense.
