hi all. I reckon the right way to value grr is business value divided by number of shares.
Business value is best done as net cash plus value of southdown plus value of real estate for sale plus enterprise value of the operating business at a PE of 3 or 4. When I do that calc I come up with a total value of $1.5b or thereabouts which is higher than $1 per share.
So I agree it is priced too low but the company doesn't seem to be on the radar or institutions due to its tight shareholding base. I doubt a re rate will happen soon just enjoy buying good shares in a good company.
