While true there was confusion yesterday about who funds this with many thinking a 50/50 split to fund it but Total are now funding an 8G solar wind project on PRL land with PRL owning none of that asset but will own a 50% of the stage two Hydrogen and it's income.

If it never gets to the stage to they own 50% of nothing while Total walks right in to some of the best wind and solar real estate in the country for free.

I am deep in on PRl but there does need to be further clarification i feel as it seems their first announcement didn't disclose these details but it was added in to an email?
