This coming Friday/Monday, when the millions of 32c placement shares are dumped on market, there is almost zero chance the share price will remain anywhere near these levels.
Just a heads up for those still holding with lots of profit!
Personally since investing in 2016/2017 I am shocked that ALC has gone from dirt cheap to now ridiculously OVERVALUED. The very slow business growth and enduring lack of profitability mean the current valuation is insane unless I am missing something?!
A $20 million or greater contract over five years that will likely deliver no material profit is nothing special and certainly not justifying a market cap $400m+ IMO.
Is the acquisition profitable or just more revenue for the sake of artificial growth?
The IP is also now mostly very old and unlikely to remain relevant for too much longer IMO.
Congrats to all holders for the share price gains but don't forget to take some profits before the sophs/instos do later this week!
