Dunno about all you doubting Thomasses / Thomasinas re the latest CR, but I am in for my full entitlement. I went looking for exactly what it is proposed to spend the funds raised on as my suspicion is they will also be used to move Tanzania along a bit, but I could find no direct evidence; only greyish statements of the 'neither confirm nor deny' ilk. No dramas, it's smart to see how the CR goes then open up a bit.

So I am going with backing mgt, which I am fairly confident of, despite them widely beaten up over timing glitches, given I think that goes with the territory of getting a junior up and is an 'aspect', not a 'drama'.
