None of this in my field I’m afraid, but if I may ask, how would it be that ‘management probably won’t lose out’? From a layperson’s view surely the Atomera shares belong to the company and its share holders equally...? Management’s shares not in the same position as other shareholders?
Why don’t they sell all of the Atomera shares today, divvy out the proceeds to shareholders. Better outcome than today’s SP, no?
Learning as I go... always some new way to get stitched up...
Thanks in advance.
