I'm not supporting the current MCP Board by not selling to Gallin.... it's just that NO WAY WILL I SELL ONE SHARE AT THE CURRET PRICE! I too was called by the MCP Registry and am concerned that all MCP information re guidance and future direction is going to be given after the strategic review out in May. What we need is some information on guidance and dividends now!!! Shareholders have been kept in the dark since the profit downgrades in December..... What is exactly meant by the term "materially lower" in regards to profit????? Also, I still want to know the reasons behind the quick exit of the last CEO!!!!
