Has anybody heard anything on what is happening with MRX?

Obviously my fault that I still had a position in this dog before they went bust.
However I get the feeling that on top of loosing my investment I will now also
be robbed of my tax offset as the company while being worthless is not yet officially declared worthless.

Also does anybody know whether for example the directors are still being paid or can draw some kind of consultancy fee while the company is in VA?
