I totally agree with your clean slate sentiment and this management group should be judged on their actions, not the the previous board’s. I do believe though that they’ve dropped the ball on this one. Existing holders have patiently waited over a year while the company was suspended, now we are given 2 days to participate in a SPP. I went on holidays for a week and came back to find a SPP offer in the mail that has already expired! Based on MDI’s performance, would probably be paying overs anyway but that’s beside the point.
I’m trying to be positive but finding it hard with actions like these.
