    I came up with A$173m NPV @ 8% disc rate 52%IRR based on the following assumptions:

    US$ 40/oz POS
    10 yr mine life at 1moz pg Ag production with a 1.4mpta mill - ignored the zinc credits
    OPEX A$12/oz
    CAPEX A$80m
