The thing is Wall Street is that if they drill close to shore in the future, the rig will only be present for the drill and then on success capped awaiting a pipeline to be connected from shore and delivery to markets locally and export all under the water and not visible from shore , it really becomes a no brainer once discovery is confirmed for exponential growth.$$$$$
