Your guess couldn't be more incorrect if you tried. I guess your understanding and interpretation of last announcement is why you haven't bought any. Look at what Cb, Tana, dist and others are saying and DYOR. You may 'sit tight' like some others and miss the opportunity that is presenting itself. Partnering will see significant re-rating in stock and all holders have their fingers crossed for this.
