Politically, giving pep11 approval will have a small impact, but giving the approval to go ahead with carbone capture...
The only hiccup for Scomo is that carbone capture isn't recognised in Europe....as yet...if EU reconised ccs, he will be winning all the wayexcept a couple of surfer vote...
