    lillydot, I agree. I've been holding TEM for a couple of years. It's a fantastic company. Why: 1. Solid, consistent earnings growth, 2. Recurring income stream through long term contracts ---> EPS stablity + locked in customers, 3. Brilliant management (The CEO arrived in Australia as a wartime immigrant. His first job was cleaning the windows at David Jones. From this inaspicious start he build Tempo into the powerhouse it is today), 4. Buy back will help increase EPS, 5. Great cash flow & simple business model.

    For those who advocate trading, you are only making the brokers rich. Numerous studies have shown that traders lose compared to buy & hold investors.
