    I agree with you in so much as I think a divy will be announced, but I'm hoping (for long term benefits) that they decide to reduce debt instead. Although I wouldn't mind a divy of 50% (based on 3c a divy).

    I'm not sure that the proceeds of selling off properties should be distributed as a divy, that to me seems counter productive long term. Let's pay off debt and stabilise the company.
