    It looks like someone is playing with with the IMP.
    Buyers are buying (funny that) at 1c and then some one is selling down at .009c everytime within minutes.

    I might put in an order at .009 and start buying small parcels at .01 to get my .009 through. But that is not right anyway, so maybe not.
