The costs as put would be based on using HP steam to drive possibly a 40MW Turbine and the exhaust steam and condensate re-injected upstream of the steam farm.
Where I live we take that exhaust steam and condensate from the primary turbine and use it to drive closed circuit pentane turbines and then re-injected it back into the ground.
By the time it passes through a series of pentane units all that remains is hot water to be re-injected.
The smaller pentane units are of a much lower MW output than the primary unit.
