Yeah reads like it. Kate wanting skin in the game and becoming a director is absolutely great news. She would have the best idea out of anyone of whats going on. i dont believe shes fully paid in shares though by what im reading. And that capital raise limit means more dilution which isnt good, but if its what we need to push this into the spotlight then go for it.
