I am not worrying very much about short term movement. All I care about at this stage is whether APX will hit $1b revenue by 2023 thats what I'm invested for. I'm looking for net margins to improve to at least 12% over that time frame so therefore ~$120m NPAT. Thats roughly 90c EPS or 15 p/e at current prices.
APX swings like a wild beast on the stock charts. If it does hit $1b revenue by 2023 then it should be on a higher multiple like 45x. So therefore factoring growth rates looking forward to 2025 then $75 is the price tag. If APX fails to get close to $1b revenue by 2023 then will half my position and look to put that money elsewhere as the growth story to my eyes has failed. But plenty to go under the bridge till then..
