I hope Management will come up with a few ANNs soon price sensitive or not to keep the ball rolling other than restructuring equity...

The Company could have mentioned the distribution agreement signed with Frame.co.uk through an announcement
and again they issued the 4C while
the market has been red for the last couple of days bad timing but it is not the first time they do this... most Companies haven't issued theirs yet as there are also some strategic timing to do so either good or disappointing results you usually issue a statement when the market has been in an upward direction for the last few days it can help the SP not to drop down much lower than needed...

Management will need to act fast to bring back faith at least for the long time shareholders as it seems to not bother as new shareholders coming in low and with a few CR they can still have their great lifestyle... JT will have to face some angry shareholders at the next meeting no doubt...
