We now have one offer on the table.
And it is a ridiculously bad offer which all shareholders should reject immediately!

I say vote NO because selling it at approx 1.6c per share is blatantly wrong.
I am not against selling Sangomar.
I am against this sale of Sangomar.
The offer price from ONGC was a bad one.

A vote of NO allows...
1. Selling Sangomar for > 1.6c per share
2. find another buyer at greater value.
3. organize debt finance elsewhere.
4. Or potentially FAR goes belly up.

I do not share the belief that we automatically lose. ( It is just not true by itself. It is a possibilty)
We still have 3 months after this vote.
Plenty can be arranged in 3 months.
