Fair Price for CHN with current resource ?, page-169

OK let us go back to basics, CHN and nearology plays have done very well.
I would love to hear informed opinions on the chances of any of these companies being turned down by SAT after they have invested so heavily?
Local shires obviously wish to protect the lifestyles, diversity and water supplies for their residents. Which is fair and reasonable.
Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your stance SAT has the last say.
I will admit I am also a nimby....Not In My Back Yard. I resisted investing, but finally realised that it was inevitable for the economy.
Many people who live in the wheatbelt are struggling farmers who are in debt and doing everything to hold on to their properties to pass on to the next generation.
Employment opportunities are rare.
My main concern as an investor is where will they get the water supply from?
I am very familiar with the Toodyay area. It is very dry.
But this truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity to develop this area.
If anyone can expand on the timeframe to get approval for mining, I would be most grateful.
You cannot always knock progress, so long as it is done gently with the environment.
