Yeh I agree you cant run a machine from the street , should be traffic control etc , but please don't say it doesnt happen coz Im pretty sure you would agree it does .
Ive seen it a few times, Just last month the new house getting built next to my brother in law had a concrete truck pull up on the street and poor the driveway out to the road and cone it off , just happens man.
I don't see why the rest of the builds in that area would do any different , why would they, all the houses are relatively similar distance from the street.
