I am voting YES because:

IMHO, we shareholders have NO OTHER OPTION but to vote YES  to the sale of RSSD project to Woodside.

The suggestion that shareholders should vote NO is absolutely stupid, bonkers, and oof the planet. Keep in mind of course, that HC posters are anonymous, and we do not know the motivations or interests on the posters.

If you are unhappy with mgt and board, a NO vote will not change anything  - it will just cost you your entire investment! A NO vote is just self-flagellation.

If shareholders wish to change mgt and board, you cannot affect anything if the company is in liquidation!
Because that is what will happen if Woodside deal is voted down.

Board has stated there is no prospect of not only funding the massive default monies, but no prospect of funding the ongoing calls, or the future working capital requirements.

We have had TWO takeover/sale proposals - and both have failed to materialise.

So IMHO, there is now all RISK, and virtually no Reward, if we vote No.

It is all or nothing IMHO.

If the sale to Woodside goes through, then FAR will be cashed up, it will still have a business/O&G prospect, and IT WILL GET RELISTED !!!
If we vote No, then FAR will remain Suspended.
IF we vote No, then shareholders simply will not be able to sell their shares!

If shareholders wish to effect change and dump the directors, then that can be done AFTER returning to normality and ASX trading.
At that point shareholders can push for big shareholders to cause a chnage of board and mgt.
