So the way I read this is that Tri-D is essentially 3 people and not much else. Feels like we have paid third of the price as a sign on fee to the founders and then another 2 thirds to the other shareholders to bugger off.
For about AUD2 mill, i am guessing whatever Tri-D sales agreements are in place are of the Jeff lang variety.
