Getting back on topic, just had a look at Madonna King's website and these paragraphs stood out to me:

"Her skill is to research and ask the right questions, listen carefully to the answers and help audiences understand what they need. It seems like she is hosting this webinar/product launch for a reason, and most likely commissioned by ADO to do it.

I think we were looking for a person that has good all-round communication skills (speaking and writing) and has connections - contacts to further amplify our product and existance through her network and credibility.
