I think the uptake of MVE will be similar to MCR.
SD-WAN is more a site to site type of connectivity rather than user to site. If an organisation is already using SD-WAN, they would likely deploy their own SD-WAN appliances in AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud....etc rather than use MVE.
The likes of Zscaler, Forcepoint and Cisco Umbrella are used more for user to cloud and user to site connectivity.
