i think they targeted 560 - 600 AUD.

from my knowledge it is above average however i don't believe it is high cost, remember when your looking into this Apex quotes in AUD not USD.

imo low cost producers are under 400n AUD
High costs are above 700 AUD
with a fair bit of room inbetween.

I dare say once the plant is optimised, with wage pressure easing significantly they could reduce ongoing costs however that said Apex is mining refractory ore at present and costs will be higher accordingly.
