You're right it wont. We're moving on from Von Neumann broad usage to bespoke chip manufacturing in a world where power consumption is increasingly important.
If BrainChip is competitive in either ultra low power wake-up mechanisms or low power pattern processing I'd feel pretty good.
So far I haven't been able to find much from googling about BrainChip in the wake-up-radio space or Bluetooth sensoring so don't know if I'm just fantasizing.
