Its just common sense. This Malakia has no chance, how can they possibly give him the lease back. He lives in Namibia. Its not as if he wouldnt have known there were people on his land digging trenches and looking for uranium. Why wouldnt he get the police onto them? Why would MLS dig for uranium on someone elses land and put money and hours of thier time into someone elses project. The judge would clearly have to see this. Its in the bag!
(Conspiracy theory) Malakia has shares in MlS and they have put it forward to the judge to push for the renewals.
