Research, research, research. That’s the arbitrage between price and value as you and I know better than most on these threads.

OSA is the first in-human trial being conducted by IHL. And there’s a physiological link between OSA and Epilepsy. There’s also a link between Epilepsy and TBI. And Jazz Pharma just acquired the CBD based epilepsy drug, Epidiolex for US$7.2 billion by taking over GW Pharma. What’s an OSA drug worth if Resmed generate multi billion dollar revenues from CPAP machines?

IHL would only need to penetrate a small percentage of Resmed’s market share to create a billion dollar company, particularly if you consider the margins that could be achieved on the PBS or similar public subsidy program.

But if investors don’t read the research and go down all the rabbit holes then they don’t know when to go “all in”.

Based on the anecdotal evidence, I’m convinced the OSA clinical trials will be successful. The link to epilepsy and the success of Epidiolex creates further confidence in my mind and consequently I’m also confident in the TBI trials.

The feedback on IHL-675A from the FDA should foster confidence in the process moving forward on ARDS and related indications. And the 505(2)b pathway is obviously the one which will not only expedite the clinical process but also ensure the broadest net is cast for commercialization.

From my point of view as a long standing shareholder this is potentially a multi dollar company trading at 28 cents and governed by one of the most disciplined boards I’ve encountered for a long time.

The investor sophistication and peer comparisons in the US will move the IHL share price to a new level and our little day trading friends will be caught out again chasing chump change...
